What data we process

• Contact form data: full name, telephone, email and the content of your message.
• Data you send us voluntarily by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Technical browsing data (for example IP address, browser, pages visited) generated by the hosting service for the operation and security of the site.
• Aggregated visit statistics, collected without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your requests for information, a visit or a quote: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting, if a commercial relationship arises (art. 6.1.c).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse and spam: the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

The box you tick in the form confirms that you have read this policy. We do not use your data to send you advertising without your specific consent.

Who we share data with

With the technical service providers that let us run the site (hosting and email delivery), appointed as data processors. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers may be based or have servers outside the EU. In that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

For as long as needed to handle your request and, if a commercial relationship arises, for the periods required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@bernabeiautomobili.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing the form data is optional, but without name, telephone, email and message we cannot answer your request.
